Married December 1996 to Diane (Dee). Relocated to West Plains, Missouri January 1997. Son, Aaron Michael Roop (Aaron), born October 1997. Son Jon-Gavin Quinn Roop (Gavin), born April 2003.
Currently attending Spring Creek Community Church, where he serves as soundman when he attends, and helps out in AWANA on Wednseday nights. Works at West Plains Roofing as Office Manager.
